Let's be honest, Gara won his reputation during the Beautifool's Fest 2003 with this crazy "i like to molest myself on stage, my hand fits perfectly in my pants" but it's not something he's used to do XD Gara's voice is something difficult to describe, sometimes sweet and hazy and sometimes really hoarse and agressive. He's writing most of the lyrics, all i can say about those is that he's a complete artist, each of his song is between awful and romatic, well, they're odd in a great sort of way.
He never says a word but writes things on a paper with ink and a paintbrush. Thats funny enough ^^

Ok, he's so my favorite member of Merry.
Tetsu is tall, very tall, and used to have those long hair which makes you recognize him at the first sight when you're discovering Merry, but one day during a live in 2004 he cut out 20 cm of those ! His short hair makes him still look very impressive though. Tetsu isn't so much into makeup, he doesn't need it so much to look so quiet and strong...
He has a nice bouncy way to play bass which suits perfectly to Merry's more jazzy songs. He used to be a vocalist and actually, that was pretty nice.

Yuu founded Merry with Gara and was the one who choosed Nero and Kenichi in the band. He's writing more than the half of Merry's songs and masters really various styles from sweet songs to very catchy ones. His songs have very clever arrangements ! As a child, he wanted to be a pianist but he's able to play a lot of different instruments : piano, saxophone, clarinet, trombone and of course guitar ! Yuu's way to play guitar is very specific, he's the specialist of high pitched sounds and great guitar riff.

Kenichi is with Yuu the main song-writer of the band and he's certainly as talented as Yuu ! (like, the awesome "Mado" is one of his songs!) He's the other guitarist and even if he has less guitar riff than Yuu is certainly as good as him. Like Gara, he's really into make up things and weird contact lenses and eye style. Now he has a more classical way, which sometimes makes him difficult to recognize on recent photoshoot. He's Merry's Moustache-guy, thats great, then he won't get mistooken for Yuu anymore ^^ ! He's very fun and energetic on stage and that makes him very popular !

Nero is usually considered as the second most popular member of the band and his (dorky. i love him, but kinda dorky) shirts and glasses and spikey hair makes him looks funny, like the way he screams to get attention when he plays ! He's often odd and hilarious , using cymbals as mirrors o_o
He has an incredible talent and can play really, really, really fast without missing any beat and the way he's playing is definitely strange, but actually, all of Merry's guys are weird in their own particular way
Nero's the most talkative member of the band during interviews, he's also writing poems and monologues. But he composed only one of the songs ... lazy Nero Xd
